A woman parishioner told the police that she witnessed a young man repeatedly kicking and stabbing the 64 year old priest. Gibbs: In late 72, after he murders father Tomay, Mullen tries to join the Coast Guard and he gets rejected because he fails the psychological evaluation. And then in January, just a month or two later, now we're into 73, he trying to join the damn Marine Corps. He's not able to join because he won't sign the form that releases his criminal record. I can't wrap my head around this Gibbs.
