The Best Book Ever Written About Drugs

I'm one of those people that really likes Philip K. Dick a lot I think he's overrated underrated misunderstood definitely not overrated in my opinion. A scanner darkly is the best book ever written about drugs period and because of the film people don't typically talk about it. There's very few books that provide a nuanced understanding of the way drugs exist in society for both users and law enforcement. It's such an amazing piece of writing which also made me cry.
