Is Kamala Harris Talking Community Banks?

There's a new phenomenon happening in this country. They're pushing community banks now, people like Kamala Harris and so on. And I think it's their way of trying to get ahead of this popular revolt or pushback that's going on. But yeah, they they want to keep milking the living.
