Tet companies take advantage of people's habitual responses to things, even though they can't control them. The internal triggers are part of the hook model that describe in my book, Hook. They know that you are looking for a salve, you are lookingfor some kind of solution. And so whatever you habituate to will be what your brain will look for to solve that problem as quickly and efficiently as possible. We have to be careful with that.
