i think the left is, on the whole, better off than it was ten years ago for doing o kind of looking back thing. But the culture as a whole is in a way more dangerous place. The movement was disproportionately college educated people from middle class backgrounds. And amongst the actual occupiers, often people under 30, pretty young. Many, though, were also under employed or recently laid off or heavily indebted.
