Are You Really Hungry?

The first question to ask is, am i really hungry? Am? Sometimes a late night eating just becomes a habit. It gets associated with certain cues, like watching t v or walking through the kitchen late at night. A one thing that i like to do is do this brockly test. And i ask myself, if i'm really hungry, i will eat some steamed brockley right now. So i knew that it's not real hunger. But if you are truly hungry, and you say, yes, that team brockley's really calling to me right now, then that's fine to have.
