How to Use G1M Sport and Electrolytes for Endurance Training
We all as individuals require different levels of fuel. I'm always consuming G1M Sport prior to a run. For someone who is larger and bigger, in strength trains and runs, I require a lot of fuel to maintain my level of performance and recovery. So that's supplying me 40 grams of carbohydrates and 700 milligrams of sodium before going out on a run. That's my pre-run nutrition.
