Twitter went down on Thursday night. CEO Jack Dorsey says he has no idea whether the site is going to be a going concern this time. Twitter's redundancy and systems have been built up, but that doesn't mean it won't break at some point in the future. The overreaction was "unbelievable," said Dorsey.
