Natasha: I went into reclusion and I'm very active on LinkedIn, especially on a daily basis. But when I shared my concerns with my mental health provider, he did a really good job. He brought up something interesting to me which was Natasha, you probably have had bipolar disorder for the past 20 something years. And you've been able to thrive and check out all these professional goals. Just because you have a diet, no says now does not make it any different. You can do exactly what you were doing after your diagnosis than what you weredoing before his diagnosis. That was a light bulb moment for me.
