Is There Any Hope at the End of All This?

In California, health care providers have to go through some kind of anti racism training. The other place where it's very there's a lot of energy is in medical school. I've seen so many saying, how do i get dula training so i can be the partner, the birth partner, of a person at her most vulnerable? And i find that really exciting. There are bits of hope, but i think we have to just keep this issue on the forefront and not shy away from it.
