Um, get as easy as possible to get the shoes on and out of the door" She says if she could go back in time with 20-year-old Kate who is just getting started with running he would tell her 'This is gonna take you to places you never thought you were gonna go' He also advises young runners like himself - don't start training three years in do it right away.
