The four e learning plan is a framework built on four es, which i wel ni'l talk through with you. The first one is experience - think about the skill you want to develop but almost how you can do it in your day job. Second is experiments: try something ot for the first time, and it doesn't really matter if you fail because the objective is to learn. Third is exposure; who could i learn it from? And fourth is all about education... this bit might feel a bit more formal. I always think what this really helps you with is being specific.
