ADHD is also a different nervous system. Our brain thrives on novelty, challenge, interest and urgency. We're blind to time. It's either now or not now. And what we think can be done in two days is actually a two month job or two months project. So when we have that mindset it drives us mad while emotional dysregulation goes through the roof.
