The Fourth Problem Is Sensational Awareness

People are able to lucidly explain what was being said and done by the doctors. This is not something that can normally happen a these people are naesthetized purposely. And when you have things like oxygen deprivation, which is often claimed to be a cause of this, you don't get a heightened sense of awareness. So that doesn't really seem to fit anything that we know biologically either, about those circumstances.
