The Effects of the Quadruceps During Cycling and Running

Three hours of running on a treadmill didn't cause much damage in the quadruset, at least that we could measure. Nervous system function appeared to be impaired despite their being essentially or very little muscle damage from the quadruces at least. We did use other measurement a techniques. So for example, we stimulated the spinal cords. All signals are sent through all the muscle which have to pass through moto nuons. And there appeared to be some impairment in motor neonatal responsiveness following running.
