What Are Your Thoughts on Journalism Today?

I would spend eight, ten hours a day writing and then at night I would have to get to writing. It was very strange during something that was sort of close to what I wanted to do with my life. The book was written almost entirely between the hours of midnight and five a.m. over the course of a year. On one hand it was an amazing education to work on the newspaper. There were days when I just did not want to look at a computer screen or a keyboard but I'm grateful for the education I got.
