The Four Eyes of Transformational Leadership
Trans transformational leadership is a leadership style with behaviors that empower inspire and challenge followers so it enables them to reach their potential. It's connected to the four eyes of idealized influence inspirational motivation intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration. The head coach was crazy about seeing all boys and make sure he interacted with all players each practice session. He did not take notes on which player had attended the practice session or not but instead he wrote down the name of all the players that had attended the session when they came home. If there was a player he was not sure had attended thepractice session or not said that he had to make sure that he had a positive interaction with that player the next session.
