Is There a Better Way to Get More Nutrients Than a Meal?

Igan, i would lean toward somefit first and use those as a kind ofa supplement to the gaps. I don't know if we have any studies looking at these sort of products in terms of their m fibre and their effect on the micobion. Am, so ye, if you take that instead of a meal, it's maybe giving you this sort of complete ran of nutrients. But would would it be better to have those nutrients through a meal because of the interaction with your gut microbium? I'm not sure of the answer to that.
