Garry was released, and his arrest wasn't considered a violation of his parole. According to him, garry wasn't trying to purposely evade authorities. He had simply made an honest mistake. This was a clear case of innocent negligence. Some counties are beter than others at admonitoring and enforcing it. They just don't do it,. i'm suret i think it just depends on where you live, and like how quick they can catch you for not registering"
