How to Overcome Negativity Bias in Your Life

I think that we live our lives on autopilot and we're busy and distracted. We don't really get round to prioritizing the things that we really want out of life. I'm a big proponent of making what I call action boards, which is an actual collage that you make with metaphorical representations of how you want your life to be or feel. And then actually something we haven't talked about at all are some meditation practices to help people, you know, feel like their best self.
