Buddhism - The Middle Path

In buddhism, there is this notion of how you string a loop. And i think what is happening in the organizational world,. not just the enefel but more broadly, is the lute stringers struggle with extremes. They either want to string that bad boy so tight and to be purely analytics driven., or they want to string it so loose and to be solely instinctive by feel, emotion driven. The pendulum swings from no vulnerability to perform vulnerability, from everything by feel to everything by analytics and data. Every once in a while an extreme makes sense, but most of the time you got to walk the middle path.
