Your resume is not a hist co account of everything that you've done, so don't feel like you have to add everything to your resume. Ten, 15, 20 years is fine. You may even have less than 20 years. Look at other people's resumes if you can. If you can ask for people to share with you their resumes and how they present themselves, it may give you clues. But remember to play to your strength.
