Marsh Farm is a zero capital intensive business. The farm was set up by Jonathan Marsh and his family in 2009. It has been open for just over two years, with the help of an admin trainee who had no experience whatsoever. He says he's worried that people will leave after six months to a year if they don't get enough work from him.
