Part B is about the five lenses that you talk about in the book and it works so beautifully serendipitously with last week show which was with friend of the show Charles Kahn. The question starts with a play that's meant to be funny but it's called problem solving blindfolded. In this play there are five different characters they're all really important parts of the organization. But they wear one problem solving lens and just that. And you can see you can feel the friction that happens when people are using these different problem solving lenses at the same time. It's reminiscent of so many problem solving meetings that I've seen.
