The Impact of Machine Learning on Customer Service

Google had a machine learning model to look at all these resumes. It found that it was getting rid of like anybody that came from historically female or other kinds of universities. So I kind of like the idea of the bots becoming sentient and then, you know, just hanging out in the chat room.
