A C Joint Injuries - Is There a Risk of a C Joint Injury?
Mri will show that x ray has over estivated the severity of the m injury, 35 % estimated and 15% underestimated. We have very little evidence to look at the reliability of tests. If you've injured your a c joint, if it hurts when you prod it or try and elevate then that seems to be consistent with some local pathology. But we've got to be honest. Our subjective is 80 per cent of our decision making.
