Introduction
Faisal Sayid al-Muitar was born in Babylon in Iraq as other Baghdads then under the regime of Saddam Hussein. He decided to be outspoken against those crazies at the time and ended up on a death list also losing men members of his family. I left to Lebanon, Lebanon to Malaysia, Malaysia to eventually be accepted in the United States as a refugee in 2013. Faisal: For me there is a reason why when I moved here and seeing people I thought at the beginning that people would appreciate the values that I used to fight for when I was in Iraq.
