Cabinet office has come in for quite a bit of stick over this. I don't think the cabinet office have kind of played it well over the last couple of weeks. The government, the cabinet obviously seemed to be mistaking an FLI request with the public inquiry. Do you think actually it's probably given what you said earlier about Baroness Hallott boosting confidence in the inquiry that she is going to do a thorough job? "People underestimate this on both sides," he says.
