I'm very lucky in terms of because I did gymnastics which is a large movement movement variety you get a good movement acumen. It took quite a long time for me to be able to apply this and I think the reason was that I just hadn't gone through that process before. You need to know how to suffer it out and you need to be willing to stick with things and work stuff down. If you have not if you're not naturally a fluid relaxed climber you need to learn to move like that.
