Primary Dysmenaria - Is There a Big Gap Between Research and Practice?

Over 90% of young people under 25 report regular dysmenaria in Australia. About 30% of those miss school or university on a reasonably regular basis. The first line of treatment is non story landing inflammatory drugs, which are the current guidelines and there's evidence to support that they work. But what we find is that they don't work from but a lot of people they really don't work that well. People also usually present period pain for the first time with endometriosis.
