The Third Pillar in Psalm 95

How did Hebrews get there? Answer is the last two words in Psalm 95. As I sworn my rest, they will not enter my rest. And so a pillar goes into place at creation. At the beginning, there's a creation rest for God. Then there's a second pillar. Now a second pillar across time.
