How to Remedy Sleep Disorders in Kids

Most sleep issues of modern life are eminently treatable. Light is the biggest uh, and that's the thing that's most different between modern life and the proverbial savanna of evolution. We evolved in conditions where if it was night time, it was by definition, dark. And so our whole circadian rhythm, our sleep wake cycle, is designed to be cued by light. So what we need to do is get a little strategic about the light that we're seeing in the morning and after sunset the morning.
