If someone wants the minimum effective dose, then I would say like sunrise, sunset and midday. So like basically three sessions per day, let's say. But again, a great question that comes to my mind here is just, when is it too much, right? The body says at a certain point, like it's enough. And so I've learned that there is a threshold and you shouldn't overdo it.
