Math and Science

I have a hard time reconciling the person i've been chatting with locked up alone in a room for weeks or months, focused on something as abstract as commuting involution graphs. Does it seem odd to you, two different sides of yourself? Well, of course, i live in my own brain, so i doesn't necessarily seem odd. But i think it is a little bit unusual.
