Yoga Strengthens the Lats, Right?

Yoga as a default is not very good at strengthening the lats. Lats are also spinal muscles and they help to facilitate proper tension in the thoracolumbar fashion, that entire region. The second thing that kind of pops off like the chart to me are the external rotators and the AB doctors. Your butt and your outer hips. That's really interesting to me.
