How to Guarantee a High Participation Rate in Well-Being Surveys

Short ones across the year which is preferable because if you do one once a year that might be a bad time but it's really important that you get a high participation rate. No point doing your well-being survey if you then put it in a draw till the next year and do another well-being Survey. So we're working with people from a number of different areas and also that it's context dependent so what might work at my school might not work at the school down the road or overseas, for example. We've seen well-being issues so leadership is going to do some well-being things to you on your behalf I'm welcome.
