The Different Types of Teams
A team's parties platform or the kind of platform that we describe in teams parties is actually very different from a lot of the platforms of the past. Its primary purpose is to accelerate the flow of change for software delivery in the streamline teams, partly by reducing the cognitive load on those teams. And it has a strong focus on developer experience. We tend to treat our internal colleagues as sort of like customers because we're building this platform as a kind of internal product. People from the platform reach out to these internal teams and understand what they need and only build things that are going to meet those needs.
