The Different Types of Spine Problems

A yogi's spine has adapted the collagen and the ground substance of the discs to be loose and pliable. They don't bear much compressive load, but when they move forward, the disc bulges reduce. So there again, we see totally different pain patterns based on the architecture and form and function. The larger discs, interestingly enough, respond better to McKenzie extension protocols for a posterior disc bulge that have an open fissure.
