How Do You Think About It When You're at Google?

i worked at google for 12 years, and i tended to do it in kind of three year cycles. It literally took me three years to fully realize what i wanted in that job. In the end, i was the very first chief of staff at gougle ever. But i can tell you right now, i had a conversation with my h r rep the day i left for christmas holidays, and it made me cry,. cause she basically said if you want that type of thing, you might want to consider looking elsewhere.
