Dialysis and Kidney Care - Is It a Pandemic?

The big dialysis chains are better at maximizing profits than patient outcomes. And they appear to exploit whatever loopholes the federal government opens up. Trump, you know, did have some good ideas for dialsis care. But really, i think it's incumbent on medi care to set incentives in a way that aren't gamed like they're doing right now....
