How to Avoid Panic in Financial News
When you think about clicking on an article that has a clickbait headline or like a panic inducing segment, what they're really trying to do is they're trying to get you to click and never stop clicking because it gets eyeballs on their pieces. It helps them make money. Just like any other place because we're under capitalism. So when you're thinking about all of the financial media telling you to panic, they's trying to make you feel a certain way. And I honestly just avoid those kind of articles because they spike my anxiety.
