We don't know everything that's going on in that period where we let them all rest after the malting process. We have our own breeding program at MALT Europe and so we were looking at some of the new varieties that we are bringing up to commercial scale. Some of them came out a little bit turbid. And so just for giggles, we waited two weeks and took that same court sample and matched it again. There was still some turbidity there, but it had been reduced by about a third.
