Mining pools, I guess they'll play a liability game. It's like you can run a mining pool as a business but if your business is doing anything illegal, you go to jail. Any business that has to comply with the government is doing forced labor in that very broad sense. That's still different from saying, okay, one of the Bitcoin core developers, please make this thing for us. And again, they can write it themselves, but that's not, I think, what Warren is proposing to become the US government becoming Bitcoin core contributors.
