The Seven Step Blue Print

i think all advice is well meaning, and in the right situations it definitely works. The key is to a adapt what someone says, not adopt what they say. I look for people who can navigate ambiguity when i work with them. It's more about having a peripheral vision rather than just allowing everything. When you take steps forward,  you just want to make sure that you're moving at least directionally correct. And then at some point you'll figure out, ok, well, the destination i thought i wanted to go to really isn't the destination. But there's something over here that's a little bit further over.
