Is There a Burning Problem in Statistics?

Is there a deep, burning problem in the back of every statistician's mind? I don't think there is. And i think it is more the statistics evolves and its little steps each time,. In response to the world changing, you know, the world of big data. As computing power increases, changes what we're able to do. That then leads us in the direction of where we need to go with our future research.
