Is There a Difference Between Super Power and Teamwork?

I think so often we actually start to resist each other, because we feel that conflict verss actually leaning into it. So by coming back and peeling back some of the shadow side, some of the things giting behind, normalizing some of those patterns of behaviour,. instead of being personal, normalizes it and re connecting to the purpose that we have together. I don't i am sure there are some patterns where you might find people of certain rolls having frequently certain super powers. But more often than not, i actually see a diversity in it.
