Isn't Time a Construction?

Time as time is a construction. Everything we are doing just now is the exchange of information. The law of physics says energy can neither be created nor destroyed, while there is a similar law in quantum physics that says information can not be created or destroyed. But you're seeing about ned kelley and of these guys that think that time, ned keLley still exists.
