I discuss the importance of embracing all dimensions of ourselves, dissolving perceived contradictions, and how identifying as an artist has allowed me to love mistakes and take myself less seriously. I also touch on the idea that we are all artists, constantly creating in every moment, whether we're conscious of it or not.

I'm excited to delve into each of these concepts, discussing the challenges of knowing what we want, being honest with ourselves, taking aligned action, understanding the rhythms of creation, and building momentum over time.
