Is There a Problem With Dairy?

Dairy is a protein called the A1K scene. It stimulates the immune system to generate inflammatory cytokines, aka prostaglandis in your uterus. Having too much dairy is going to reduce the production of this anti-inflammatory compound and that's not good. Turmeric increases the production of glutathione from your liver which is your master detoxifier and master anti-inflammatory sort of compound in your body. Cutting out sugar, gluten, grains, alcohol, coffee, stress, all those things increase inflammation. And we want to be decreasing the inflammation. I've already said magnesium, zinc, turmeric, and lots and lots of healthy fats.
