Is Trump Moderation in the White House?

A theory a lot of people had about Trump and why he would be a better president than he was as a candidate has been proven false. He came in, looked around at a bureaucracy that does not like him as leaky is potentially hostile to him. And so very far from Trump being moderated by the people around him in the White House, it appears that he's actually retreating back into the group of people who do hold the same opinions he does.
